fnord This record was my introduction to Thor & I've been following him ever since. I was hesitant to buy the album again, wondering if it was worth it for the bonus tracks. Turns out, even the songs from the original album are different mixes. I don't know if they were remixed for this release, or there were different US/UK/Canadian versions, or if my crappy, old stereo just left out one guitar channel on every song. Doesn't matter, this is totally worth it! Good, stoopid rock & roll.

Voivoda Another gem of the 80s. Buy it to increase your metal quota. Favorite track: War Hammer.

alsucral I found this album somewhere early nineties. I also had some Metal Killers compilation albums with THOR tracks. Great stuff. Respect your hard work and dedication. Favorite track: Anger.

Andrew Kruse What a steal. Beautiful orange vinyl, great liner notes and cool comic. Thor may have gotten one of the rawest deals in the industry, but it's great to see his albums reissued with such care -- as this is. Unchained is a great collection of straight ahead viking-inspired rock tunes that are decidedly catchy. Fans of early metal should grab hold. Thor the man, Thor the band and Thor the concept are all worth checking out. Bonus materials are a cool addition. Favorite track: Anger.
